These prenatal and postnatal classes will continue this fall!

Join Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor Jess Burchill for a supportive class designed for expecting and new moms.

Prenatal Yoga is tailored to the body's changing needs throughout all three trimesters. Classes focus on safe movement, gentle stretching, deep breathing, mental centering, and finding poses that feel good in your body. We are also excited to now include Postnatal Yoga, making this class a great option for both expecting and new mothers.

This class is included with all adult memberships and day passes.
Child Watch is available during class and is included with family memberships, youth memberships, and applicable day passes

✨ WELLNESS TUESDAYS AT ELEVATE ✨

We are so excited to introduce Wellness Tuesdays at Elevate: a new monthly opportunity to learn, connect, and explore different ways to support your overall well-being.

Starting September 1st, we’ll gather on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM at Elevate Suites for an evening led by a different local wellness professional.

Each month will bring something a little different, from mental health and breathwork to nutrition, yoga, self-massage, and so much more!
