BEfit Club: BEfit Running Welcome to the page of the first ever Oneonta BEfit Running affiliated with the BEfit Club! This branch of the club has been created for numerous reasons.

This part of the club is about running, and the appreciation one can get from running. Rewards come from hard work and that is what we are striving for. Whether you are trying to break a 10 minute mile or 5 minutes, or just looking to have fun, this club is for you. We are affiliated with BEFit, a new club on campus that is about to gain SA recognition. BEfit is an all-encompassing fitness club wi

th numerous subgroups including everything from personal trainers to our very own BEFit Running group! Whether you are looking to run simply to get in shape and meet new people, or wish to race on the intercollegiate level, this club is for you! So whenever you want to get out and get some fresh air while hanging with some pretty cool people, we run six days a week, meeting at the track each day. Track workouts on tuesday and thursday. Have any questions or concerns about the club? Feel free to ask.
