What a wonderful day we had at the Southwest Martial Arts and Wellbeing Show yesterday in Bristol, UK! It was a pleasure to share my knowledge of Ip Man Ving Tsun with everyone. I’m already looking forward to future events and hope to see you all there next year. NOTICE TO SEMINAR PARTICIPANTS!!!

I am in Hamilton, Ontario Canada to teach a seminar today and tomorrow. In order to get the most from your seminar experience, you will need headgear w/face cage, open finger gloves and shin guards. We will be doing a series of drills where this equipment will be necessary! Show up with, as Bruce Lee would say, an empty cup and an open mind, prepared to receive the knowledge that I will share with you this weekend! I look forward to working with everyone today and tomorrow! We will have a BLAST as always! :-)
