6th Grade Team and Parents: We found out this morning that Watseka DOES NOT have a 6th grade team this year and there WILL NOT be a sixth grade game today at 4:30. Sixth grade players will take their regular transportation home after school since there is no longer a game. We apologize for this late notice. (Delanie, Jalisa, Karinne, Kwynn, and Karter will still dress for our 7th grade game)

7th and 8th Grade Team: Players may still stay after school in the library with Coach Kimmel. The bus time has been moved back to 4:20 pm from Onarga. Players that live in town may go home and be back in time for the bus if they would choose to. The 7th grade will play at 5:30 pm followed by 8th grade. Games will be played at the Glenn Raymond School on Mulberry Street.

Tuesday August 27 IWMS Athletic Changes

Today's softball games against Milford have been postponed until tomorrow. There will not be softball practice tonight.

Today's baseball game has been moved back until 6:15 pm at Rantoul St. Malachy. (Rantoul Family Sports Complex) There will not be extra innings tonight due to the later start time. The bus time will be 4:45 pm from IWMS. Players will go home after school!

Today's MS Baseball game at Diamond Point Vs. St. George has been cancelled by the host school. There will not be baseball practice tonight.

A decision will be made by 2:30 pm about the status of the scheduled home softball game with PBL. We will see how much rain we get and if the field is playable or not.

There will be a player and parent meeting next week, Wednesday July 10 at 5:30 for the upcoming IWMS baseball season. The meeting will take place at Durham Park Pavilion in Onarga!
