Just want to let everyone know there is a power line out down the road which took out power at the gym. You will not currently have access to the front doors until power is back on

The restrooms at the gym are currently out of order
We have someone trying to resolve the issue this morning and will get them up and running as soon as possible.

I have to Bragg on Hilda
I walked into her just crushing it this morning 😳
She has been super consistent and by the looks of all the weights on that bar it’s shows!!!

Interstate Fitness would like to wish everyone a safe and blessed 4th of July. The gym will remain open today and will only be closed starting at 11 Saturday during the celebrations and will open first thing Sunday morning.
