Looking for ways to improve your overall health and well-being? Join us Fridays at 3:00 PM for a weekly mindfulness class focused on learning practical strategies to become more mindful in everyday life.
Each week will explore a different aspect of mindfulness. The first session will introduce the concept of mindfulness and discuss how it can positively impact your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
