We hope everyone’s summer has been off to a fantastic start!

A couple of announcements:

🥖🍪 Nettie’s will be at the studio today and tomorrow with fresh sourdough and delicious treats. Hurry by even if you do not have a class this evening or are a current student. Her stuff goes fast!!

👕👚 New H&H t-shirts- Reminder that H&H shirts can be worn all summer long with your pants and belt. No uniform top needed. Some sizes are flying off of the hangers. Hurry!

No Tournament/Open Mat ( 6/6 )

🤍💛🧡💚 White-Green Belts in the Beginner Program will test at 12:15pm. As discussed in classes, please be at the studio by 12 pm.

Remember that there is never any pressure to test. If you received a notice, then you are eligible to test. You are able to test in-person or via Zoom (normal class code). You can also invite friends and family to watch via Zoom as well.

If you plan to test, make sure you have turned in your testing notice with payment by June 5 to avoid a late fee. Anything paid on or after the 6th will result in a $10 late fee.

We ask that you are caught up on tuition payments, that you know the material, and that you feel ready!
🥋 Make sure you have your full uniform and belt and arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled testing time (or be in the Zoom waiting room). We know you all can do it! Let's earn those new belts!

🖤 Black Belts- You are welcome to help with the testing. We would greatly appreciate it! Come ready to motivate and cheer them on!

💜💙❤️🤎🖤 Advanced/Black Belts- You are more than welcome to demonstrate a form for the Beginner Testing to earn a class credit. Be sure to pull your card.

Thank you for always showing up with encouragement, positivity, and a helping hand for our students. Your support and dedication mean so much, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you do to make H&H the welcoming and inspiring place it is.

We celebrate every kind of mother — the moms raising babies, the moms raising grown children, the fur moms, bonus moms, stepmoms, grandmas, mother figures, and especially the moms carrying the love and memory of a child they hold in their hearts. The women who nurture, support, encourage, and love so deeply every single day, you are true heroes and the definition of strength.

We hope yesterday and every day going forward reminds you how loved, appreciated, and inspiring you truly are.

Mrs. Murry and Annette (Nettie’s-aka Hannah and Mrs. Murry’s mom) are throwing us a baby shower!!
