Rip Mr Dwight. Our field was never possible without you and will never be the same with you gone. Your laugh was contagious, I will miss that so very much. Even after hitting a building with a machine or container, you made light of it. After today I realized so much more of the role you played in the community, personally, agriculturally, educationally, socially, constructionally! ... I could go on and on. I never knew how much you were involved. How would I?!
I always knew I'd never get all of your knowledge out of you. You would tell me what the color of a root, stem and flower meant. I never got it. I tried though! The last talk we had was about getting my 22' wide mower rebuilt in the machine shop. I was looking forward to it. I never thought I'd have to have this talk by myself but here I am. I remember standing in front of my kids school... Seeing Trumble elementary. You remember that talk! The things your family gave... And you to follow. I'm so thankful... So very grateful to have spent a very small amount of your time with you. A small amount of yours... But a massive and memorable time of mine. That little bit of time will always be a GIANT part of my life. Words obviously cannot describe. Big sigh... As this was unexpected. I thought he'd be with me for ever.
😊 Remember when I did that thing and I landed and you said... Did you have to clean out your pants...? I won't forget that day. That was a huge lesson.
