In this session, I’m guiding my client to seek the wisdom and the intelligence of her all-knowing, divine higher consciousness that is her superconscious mind to support her goal of opening a women-centered yoga studio.

Unlike the subconscious mind, which is our operating system, our programs and our often outdated thoughts and beliefs, the superconscious mind has never experienced fear or trauma and is our direct connection to the answers and the healing that exists within the Universe. The superconscious is sometimes referred to as the Observer, as it acts as a witness to our thoughts, emotions and our reality, without identifying with those thoughts and emotions, and most importantly, without judging them.
