Stop forcing yourself to eat boring food just because you have fitness goals.

Chicken, rice, and broccoli can work, but it does not have to taste like punishment.

Add the seasoning. Add the sauce. Add the flavor. Make meals you actually look forward to while still staying within your calories, macros, and goals.

The more you enjoy the food, the easier it is to stay consistent.

3 FORM MISTAKES KILLING YOUR GAINS đź’€

You’re putting in the work… but your form might be holding you back.

1. Ego Lifting
Going too heavy = bad form.
Bad form = less muscle activation + higher injury risk.
Control the weight. Own every rep.

2. Half Reps
If you’re not hitting full range of motion, you’re leaving gains on the table.
Partial reps = partial results.

3. Rushing Every Set
Momentum isn’t muscle.
Slow it down, control the negative, and actually feel the movement.

Most people don’t need a new program…
