Whether your child is already bouncing off the walls or needs a supportive place to start moving, our CrossFit Kids & Littles Winter Session is the perfect spot for them. We start on January 17th and run for 8 weeks.

Beyond just having a blast, these classes are designed to do some serious good for their growing bodies—improving bone density, metabolic health, and even cognitive function. We’re here to help them fall in love with fitness early.

Interested in strongman training? Introducing our NEW 4 Week Strongman/Strongwoman class by Coach Wes Fuller, starting THIS Sunday, Sept 21st from 8am-9:30am.

The classes are designed to break down the movements that involve Loading, Pulling, Pushing, Throwing & Carrying Odd Object implements. They will also introduce you to movements that will be used in the upcoming Battle in The Heartland Strongman Competition on 18 Oct 25, if you are looking to test your strength!

We are offering the 90 minute specialty class to non-members for $100 for all 4 sessions or $30 for a one day drop in.

DM us or show up on Sunday and we will get you sorted.

Coach Wes is an experienced athlete and coach when it comes to the world of fitness. CFL-2 with 7 yrs of coaching CrossFit & 2 yrs of coaching Ameatur Strongman. His love for fitness drives his passion to share his knowledge and show people what they are capable of by teaching body mechanics and body awareness to his athletes.

They’ve worked hard to prepare and can’t wait to make a statement.
