BLUSH Boot Camp Omaha, NE We are a Boot Camp studio for women in all stages of their fitness journey. BLUSH® Boot Camp opened in October of 2018.

Founded with a goal of empowering women through fitness, our gym offers women from all walks of life, results-driven workouts, free nutritional support, free babysitting, free mindset coaching and a sense of sisterhood. Ultimately, our goal is to make women stronger mentally and physically. We strive to foster a sense of community and create a space where members can enjoy themselves while working towards their goals. The way we see it, your fitness journey is about so much more than quickly squeezing in a daily workout.

NINE. HUNDRED. SESSIONS. 🤯💪🏼💗

Marley’s BLUSH story started when she was brand new to Omaha, newly pregnant, and looking for something more than just another workout. What she found was a community and 900 sessions later, she’s still here! 🥹

She trained throughout her entire pregnancy (literally until TWO DAYS before Mel was born!), came back postpartum, and has continued showing up through every season since.

But Marley’s story is about so much more than 900 workouts. She says BLUSH has given her friendships, laughter, confidence, self-esteem and the mental sanity she needs daily. 💗🌈

900 sessions is HUGE, Marley!! Thank you for trusting us through so many chapters of your life and for being such a special part of our BLUSH Omaha family.
