This week’s goes out to Carson!

Carson has been awesome to coach because he shows up with the right mindset every day. He works hard, stays coachable, and genuinely wants to improve.

One thing that separates Carson is how invested he is in his development. He’s a student of the sport who pays attention to the details and understands that small improvements add up over time. Whether he’s in the pool or the weight room, he’s focused on getting a little better each day.

The progress he’s making is a direct result of the effort he’s putting in. We’re excited to keep watching him grow and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next.

Over the last couple weeks, we’ve had the honor of celebrating two incredible seniors.

Adison has been part of .westomaha.ne since the very beginning, and watching her grow into the person she is today has been truly special. Her consistency, positive attitude, and energy have left a lasting impact on everyone around her.

Harper may have joined us more recently, but the impact he’s made in a short amount of time has been undeniable. His dedication, work ethic, and willingness to be coached stand out every single day.

Moments like these are what it’s all about. Watching athletes grow not just in performance, but as people.

Proud of both of them. Grateful to have been a small part of their journeys. Excited to see what’s next as they begin this new chapter in life.

This week’s goes out to Bailey!

Bailey is the kind of athlete every coach loves working with because she consistently does all the little things the right way. She shows up ready to work, stays coachable, and brings great energy every session. She understands that development doesn’t stop when practice ends, which is why she continues to prioritize training outside of her sport.

Her hard work and consistency continue to pay off. Bailey earned Female Middle School Athlete of the Year and was also named Soccer Player of the Year for her club team — huge accomplishments that reflect the work she puts in behind the scenes.

What are you going to do with your nutrition this summer??

Summer nutrition matters. You don’t have to eat perfectly, but you do need to eat consistently. Your performance, recovery, energy, strength gains, and body composition all depend on how you fuel your body!

This summer, ETS Athletes focus on 4 things:

1️⃣ Protein at every meal
2️⃣ Hydrate all day
3️⃣ Don’t skip breakfast or post-workout meals
4️⃣ Choose real/whole foods most of the time

This week’s goes out to !

Kylie is back home for the summer and joining the coaching staff at .westomaha.ne! We’re excited to have her energy, passion, and knowledge in the gym as she helps pour into our athletes this summer. 💪

“Hi ETS Fam, my name is Kylie Reverts. I graduated from EHS in 2024 and have since been studying at Kansas State University. I’m a pre-chiropractic student majoring in Kinesiology. I have a strong passion for exercise and strength training, as well as creating a community full of support and ambition. I’m excited to join the team and am looking forward to connecting, building relationships, and helping athletes grow along the way!”

Kylie’s passion for helping others, combined with her positive attitude and training background, makes her a great addition to the ETS family. We’re excited to see the impact she’ll make and can’t wait for everyone to get to know her!

This week’s goes out to our newest addition to the ETS West Omaha coaching staff — Coach Coleton Dean!

Coleton brings a unique and powerful background to our athletes. A water polo player from Eugene, Oregon, he developed a deep passion for performance training early on, then took that drive into 8 years of service in the United States Navy. That kind of discipline, toughness, and commitment to excellence doesn’t come from a textbook. It’s lived.

Since transitioning out in 2023, Coleton has been focused on what he does best, helping athletes and individuals build strength, improve performance, and develop the physical and mental readiness to compete at their best.

What excites us most is what he brings to the culture here. High energy. Emphasis on proper technique. Accountability. And a genuine investment in long-term development, not shortcuts.

We are fired up to have Coach Coleton joining the and can’t wait for our athletes to get after it with him.
