Intent matters.

Two athletes can do the exact same workout and get completely different results.

Why?

Because one athlete is simply going through the motions while the other is attacking every rep with purpose.

Speed work should be fast.
Strength work should be aggressive.
Recovery work should be intentional.

The athletes who make the biggest jumps aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who understand the goal of the session and bring focus, effort, and intent to every rep.

The quality of your effort determines the quality of your results.

You don’t accidentally become faster, stronger, or more explosive. You train that way.

At ETS, we don’t just coach exercises. We coach intent. Because when athletes learn how to train with purpose, results follow.

Nobody is coming to save you.

The results you’re chasing are on the other side of the work you’re avoiding.

Too many people spend their lives waiting for the perfect time to start.

The truth is, there is no perfect time.

There is only now.

Get to work.

This week’s goes out to Luke!

Luke is the definition of consistency. He shows up, puts his head down, and gets to work every single session.

He’s not the loudest athlete in the room, but his actions speak for themselves. Luke is coachable, attentive to details, and always willing to apply feedback. Because of that, he’s continued to improve week after week.

One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is watching athletes commit to the process, and Luke does exactly that. His steady approach and work ethic are paying off, and we’re excited to see where that growth takes him.

Keep up the GREAT work, Luke‼️🔥🚀📈

Well structured, individualized, and proven training are key for athletes who want to EARN uncommon results.

However, what matters more than the programs themselves? Proper ex*****on, electric environment, elite culture and expert coaching.

The best training plan in the world means nothing without effort, intent, accountability, and coaching.

Expert coaching is far more than rep counting and flexing certifications. It’s about teaching, challenging, encouraging, and holding athletes to a standard they previously didn’t know was attainable.

The difference between good, great and world class training is rarely knowledge.

It’s applying that knowledge with consistency and intensity in an elite environment and culture.

Intelligent programming matters.

Coaching matters more.

Last week we talked about the fear of failure.

Too often, athletes hold back because they’re afraid of falling short. Afraid of looking silly. Afraid of not reaching the goal.

Lilly is a great reminder of what can happen when you stop focusing on what could go wrong and start focusing on giving your best effort.

Her goal was to break her own gym record of 200 pushups.

She didn’t just break it.

She crushed it with 250.

Progress doesn’t come from playing it safe. It comes from being willing to challenge yourself, embrace the discomfort, and find out what you’re truly capable of.

The biggest obstacle isn’t failure.

It’s letting the fear of failure keep you from trying.

Keep showing up.
Keep pushing your limits.
You might surprise yourself.

This week’s goes out to Carson!

Carson has been awesome to coach because he shows up with the right mindset every day. He works hard, stays coachable, and genuinely wants to improve.

One thing that separates Carson is how invested he is in his development. He’s a student of the sport who pays attention to the details and understands that small improvements add up over time. Whether he’s in the pool or the weight room, he’s focused on getting a little better each day.

The progress he’s making is a direct result of the effort he’s putting in. We’re excited to keep watching him grow and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next.

Keep up the GREAT work, Carson‼️🔥🚀📈

Over the last couple weeks, we’ve had the honor of celebrating two incredible seniors.

Adison has been part of .westomaha.ne since the very beginning, and watching her grow into the person she is today has been truly special. Her consistency, positive attitude, and energy have left a lasting impact on everyone around her.

Harper may have joined us more recently, but the impact he’s made in a short amount of time has been undeniable. His dedication, work ethic, and willingness to be coached stand out every single day.

Moments like these are what it’s all about. Watching athletes grow not just in performance, but as people.

Proud of both of them. Grateful to have been a small part of their journeys. Excited to see what’s next as they begin this new chapter in life.

This week’s goes out to Bailey!

Bailey is the kind of athlete every coach loves working with because she consistently does all the little things the right way. She shows up ready to work, stays coachable, and brings great energy every session. She understands that development doesn’t stop when practice ends, which is why she continues to prioritize training outside of her sport.

Her hard work and consistency continue to pay off. Bailey earned Female Middle School Athlete of the Year and was also named Soccer Player of the Year for her club team — huge accomplishments that reflect the work she puts in behind the scenes.

The best part? She’s just getting started. Proud of you, Bailey! Keep up the GREAT work‼️🔥🚀📈
