FEATURE FRIDAY: DECLAN “FLAMINGO” FRITZ 🔥

Not just being a role model for his little brother who started his speed plus journey not long ago, Declan sets the tone for everybody in the room ⚡️

One thing is for sure: there isn’t a day Declan walks through those doors without putting in the WORK. Walking in ready to attack the day and walking out dripping with sweat.

As they say, it ain’t about the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog 💪🏽

Three to four days a week. Consistently showing up. Consistently working. Consistently finding ways to get better.

Declan is a true definition of what hard work looks like, keep up the great work 💪🔥

As we wrap up August a huge shoutout to all of our fall sport athletes, who are out competing‼️

Back and forth games, big plays, game winning drives, it has been great to see all of our athletes hard work paying off 👊

FEATURE FRIDAY: CARSON MEISENBACH 🔥

Carson may only be 14, but his approach to getting better is far beyond his years.

Since the end of May, he’s been one of the most consistent and dedicated athletes we have. We’ve challenged this swimmer to get comfortable doing things he’s not used to above the water, and he continues to attack every challenge we throw his way.

Recently breaking his hand? Just another obstacle.

While injuries can define some athletes, Carson has used his as fuel. ⛽️

He keeps showing up. Keeps working. Keeps improving.

And in ONE WEEK, that cast comes off!

Nobody is more excited than Carson and we can’t wait to see what he does next.

You may not hear Cam say much…

Camden is one of those athletes who quietly goes about his business. He pays attention. He listens. He takes coaching. He gets better.

Coming off baseball, Cam knew he needed to become MORE EXPLOSIVE and learn how to use his strength!

So he got to work.

-0.10 SECONDS OFF HIS FLYING 10, in just ONE MONTH…

That’s a HUGE start to an offseason.

And what’s even better? His confidence is growing just as fast as his performance.
