Embarking on his 19th NFL Season, Blakeman shared his love of officiating, successes, and an inside glimpse into his life. A huge thanks to John Higgins for speaking to Caddie Alums earlier this month! John is an Omaha native and local businessman, whose 35 years as an on-court basketball official across more than a dozen conferences, including nearly two decades working games in the western U.S., is incredibly impressive! Serving on the crew for nine of the last 14 Final Four Tournaments, including the 2013 and 2016 national title games, is exceptional! We had a wonderful evening of comradery, great stories, and lots of laughs! Thanks to all who joined!
