Great news here (if time is your issue) but by no means easy!
This is NOT 🛑 the workout most people should start with .
This type of workout is tough physically & mentally ✔ ✔
Start small. Take a walk. Get active. Walk up stairs in reverse🤔
Always prepare your body with your PRI (Ryan @ Restore PT) exercises!
Improve aerobic fitness, lose weight, lower blood pressure... all it can take is one 23-minute workout per week. (But it's a tough 23 minutes.)
