Great news here (if time is your issue) but by no means easy!

This is NOT 🛑 the workout most people should start with .

This type of workout is tough physically & mentally ✔ ✔

Start small. Take a walk. Get active. Walk up stairs in reverse🤔

Always prepare your body with your PRI (Ryan @ Restore PT) exercises!

Improve aerobic fitness, lose weight, lower blood pressure... all it can take is one 23-minute workout per week. (But it's a tough 23 minutes.)

Making mistakes is the best way to learn and improve👍The right knee is not tipping inward 👍BUT he is losing his reference center of the right arch⬇ (r big toes). Correcting this will train your RIGHT BUTT BETTER and I GUARANTEE you'll feel the difference ✔ (ps keep your eyes forward 👀) ✔

Chip shot success ⛳️ Inability to execute a balanced upper body and lower body rotation will NOT allow for a golf swing without compensation (i.e. back pain) 🎯Rotation checks ✔️How is the thorax rotating versus the pelvis? They probably need a left ZOA. Where are the issues stemming from? They probably have issues in the sagittal and frontal planes. We don’t teach you golf or even how to swing. At Revive we free up your body so that you can swing🏌️‍♀️
