FOOD HACK!!!!
Do you struggle getting more protein in your diet? Feel like you can't eat enough throughout the day? Tired of chewing bite after bite all damn day?! Well here is a way to get almost 50 grams of protein in a way that feels like cheating on your diet!
Well here you go:
2/3rd cup plain Greek yogurt (approx 20g pro)
1 scoop isoPure Choco Peanut Butter (25g pro)
Small dash of pink salt
And the optional graham crackers (my weakness)
