Elevate Baseball Academy is excited to announce our **Pitching Skills Camp** on **Saturday, August 29, 2026** at Burke High School Baseball Field!

This camp is built for **9U to 14U players** who want to grow on the mound, learn the game, compete, and develop the right way.

Players will receive focused instruction in:

⚾ Pitching mechanics
⚾ Arm care
⚾ Pitching baseball IQ
⚾ Competing on the mound
⚾ Skill development and confidence building

The camp will be led by **Burke Head Coach and Elevate Baseball Academy Founder Tom Lipari**, a former college standout, professional pitcher, and college pitching coach. He will be joined by Burke assistant coaches and current Burke players to create a high-energy, high-rep, development-focused camp experience.

We are excited to announce the addition of Kareth Bartee and Pete Sitorius to our coaching staff.

These two bring exactly what we want Elevate to be about: high-level instruction, real baseball experience, player development, and a commitment to helping young athletes grow the right way.

Kareth Bartee is an Omaha native who played at Iowa Western Community College, graduated from Creighton University, earned All-Region XI Second Team honors in 2000, and signed with the Kansas City Royals. Kareth brings elite knowledge in hitting, outfield play, and the mental side of the game. He is a true hitting guru and a coach who knows how to help players compete with confidence.

Pete Sitorius is also an Omaha native and currently serves as an assistant baseball coach at Northeast Community College. Pete has helped build winning programs, develop All-Region players, move athletes on to four-year schools, and coach players who have been selected in the MLB Draft. His background includes coaching at Northeast, Bismarck State, Eckerd College, and summer collegiate baseball, along with a strong playing career at Nebraska Wesleyan.

Elevate Baseball Academy is being built around development, relationships, and access to high-quality coaching. Adding Kareth and Pete is a huge step forward for our players and families.

Both of these coaches provide private lessons and will coach Elevate Academy Teams.

Seeing one of Coach Dusty’s former players earn state wide recognition and make waves at the next level is incredibly rewarding. Not because of the accolades themselves, but because they validate a philosophy we’ve believed in for a long time.

At Elevate Baseball Academy, we’re not launching a new idea. We’re building on a model that has been tested.

✅ Relationships matter.
✅ Development matters.
✅ Character matters.
✅ Long-term growth matters.

The goal has never been to create the best 13-year-old, 14-year-old, or even 16-year-old player. The goal is to help young men develop the skills, confidence, resilience, and character to become the best version of themselves when it matters most.

The recognition this former player is receiving is another reminder that there are no shortcuts. Invest in people. Teach the fundamentals. Build confidence. Create opportunities. Stay patient.

When you do that consistently, good things happen!

We care about winning. Baseball is a competitive game, and when we step onto the field, we want to compete and win.

But we also believe the best way to create winning players and teams is to develop young men for the long term.

That means teaching fundamentals, building confidence, creating baseball IQ, holding players accountable, and allowing kids the time and space to grow. Development does not always happen on the same timeline for every player, and success is not always reflected immediately on the scoreboard.

Sometimes the biggest win happens with us today. Sometimes it happens when a player succeeds with his school team, another program, or at the next level years from now. Either way, we celebrate it because we had the opportunity to be part of that player’s journey.

For this model to work, players and families must be committed to the process. Development requires consistency, patience, effort, coachability, and trust.

We are not promising shortcuts. We are building something designed to help players improve, compete, and become the best version of themselves.

Development first. Compete every day. Winning will follow.

We are down to our final 18 spots for our first Elevate Baseball Academy summer camp, and we need to finalize our numbers in the next two days so we can lock in tickets for our Storm Chasers camp experience.

This camp is built for players who love baseball, want to get better, and are ready to be coached in a fun, competitive, high-energy environment. Players will work through age-appropriate stations focused on:

⚾ Baseball IQ
⚾ Competition

We are excited to officially launch Elevate Baseball Academy, a new Omaha-based baseball development program built around affordable access, high-quality instruction, and long-term player growth.

Our mission is simple: help players who love the game grow in skill, confidence, leadership, accountability, and love for baseball.

Led by Coach Tom Lipari Elevate Baseball Academy is focused on development over hype and creating meaningful opportunities for players who are ready to be coached.

Our first official opportunity is this summer:

Dates: Tuesdays and Wednesdays in June
Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
