We are proud and happy to introduce a guy that loves the game more than most Antoine Pettigrew! Antoine is the founder of Faith & Fitness and the nonprofit Believe24:7, where he helps individuals develop strength in body, discipline in mind, and identity in Jesus Christ. As a performance trainer, Antoine specializes in building athleticism through foundational strength, speed, agility, and functional movement while also emphasizing injury prevention and long-term development.
He has trained athletes of all levels, including youth, high school, and professional players, and brings a unique approach that blends high-level performance training with character development and accountability. His system focuses on mastering the basics, improving daily by 1%, and developing complete athletes on and off the court.
Through Faith & Fitness, Antoine is committed to helping the next generation grow not just as athletes but as disciplined, confident leaders with purpose.
