Let’s give this little lady some major love!! Today we tested her back squat, bench press and deadlift and she put on a show! I am SO proud of the hard work she’s put in over the last 2 years. We meet 2x/wk for 30 min virtually. No special formula. No technical programming. No diet restrictions. The key to her results is consistency. Consistency with our sessions and consistency on the days we don’t meet. She’s learned her actions outside of the 2 days we meet make a big difference on the results she wants. When we first started, she couldn’t lift the barbell and 10lbs was a challenge. Today she hit some big numbers and I felt like a proud momma bear watching her get those wins! Consistency always wins.
