30 minutes a day can create results. As long as there’s a purpose to those minutes. If there’s purpose you don’t need to spend hours in the gym. Hit new levels of conditioning, lose weight, get in shape, be healthier…whatever your goals are, you can reach them 30 minutes at a time.
