This is the final week of this round of Be Strong Live Strong Bootcamp, and this is where it matters most.

Anybody can show up when motivation is high. The real growth happens when you’re tired, busy, sore, or tempted to skip. Finishing what you started builds confidence that carries way beyond workouts.

You made a commitment to yourself 4 weeks ago. Finish strong with us Wednesday night. 💪

We had an incredible session on Wednesday, but we aren't done yet. Today, we are dialing it up and focusing on the powerhouse of the body.

🏋️‍♂️ Today’s Mission: Upper Body & Core 🏋️‍♀️
We’re talking sculpted shoulders, strong backs,biceps and sexy triceps for that strapless dress you want to wear this summer. Dont forget about a core that can handle anything life throws at it. Whether you were here Wednesday or you're just joining us for the week, show up and show out!

The Pump: Nothing beats that post-upper body workout feeling.

My Bootcamp classes are gamified to keep things moving, but make no mistake: the "Penalty Tax" is real. If the dice don't roll your way, or the form starts to slip, the burpees are waiting. 😈
