Each week the days grow shorter. What is now a 7:30 pm sunset will soon be darkness at 6:25 pm, and just months later, at 4:40 pm.

It’s not only the landscape that changes our bodies feel it too. Less light means more fatigue, less motivation, and often emotional lows. Our biology follows the rhythm of the sun.

The key is not to resist but to adapt: make the most of morning light, move your body earlier, and build routines that keep you active and connected, even as darkness falls.

Darkness may arrive sooner… but your life doesn’t have to dim with it.
