2026 SheSends Foundation x NICA GRiT Grant applications are officially OPEN! 🚀

Are you ready to grow the GRiT community in your league or team? This grant helps fuel projects that:
✅ Recruit new female student-athletes and coaches
✅ Retain current riders and coaches through skill-building & community
✅ Develop female coach leadership and pathways to Head Coach & Coach Supporter roles

📅 Deadline: Spring events → Apply by Oct 15, 2025

🔑 Remember: funding must directly support recruitment, retention, or coach development.

Time Trial Weekend is just TWO WEEKS away!

Throw on your best Hawaiian shirt for our GRiT pre-ride on Saturday.

Then, join us in a league wide water fight all weekend! Bring your own water gun and then stop by the GRiT tent anytime on Saturday and Sunday to grab a bracelet so everyone knows your in the water fight!

What are the requirements?
The only requirement is passion for the sport and one year of experience in the league.

You'll help get female riders involved at race weekends, plan awesome events for our GRiT tent and help lift up all our amazing GRiT riders!
