It is with heavy heart that we have decided to close the studio location doors.

Mind, Body & Soul Fitness will now operate through mobile services only. You can email [email protected], call or text 531-867-4011 for details and to set up appointments.

I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who helped from start to finish. I couldn't have done it without so many wonderful people. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all of you, for your support, love and energy. We couldn't have done it without you ❤️

Due to an injury, M/Th evening and Saturday morning Strength & Conditioning and CTY classes will be off the schedule until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. Check out the other awesome classes on the schedule or get a personal training session!

The AC is down and it is too hot for class. I'm calling an audible and canceling classes tonight 6/1 to make sure everyone stays safe! We don't need you overheating :) Regular classes resume tomorrow. ..
