We run adult and teen CrossFit group classes, personal training, and nutrition services. CrossFit Vertex is located in Olyphant, PA right off the Route 6 Casey Highway. We offer group fitness classes (CrossFit), personal training, CrossFit Kids classes, CrossFit Teens classes, and an Open Gym with plenty of dumbbells, barbells, plate weight, specialty equipment, and a gymnastics rig.

We came together. We struggled together. We honored those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for this country. It's something bigger than any one individual. And we grew because of it.

Tomorrow we take on Murph.

This one is more than just some running, pull ups, push ups, and squats. It's an opportunity for us to come together as a fitness community, to struggle together, to lift each other up, and to give thanks and remembrance to the brave service men and women who gave their lives for this country.

Ms. Gigi Sabatini

This young lady grew up in . We were so lucky to have her! While there, she enriched the lives of everyone around her (still does of course).

Gigi is quick witted, beyond athletic, incredibly smart, always to the point, and probably above all else, she has a supreme work ethic. She's actually the authority in this area. Hard work and discipline undergird everything she does. And that's why she'll always be successful and truly admired. She's an impressive human.

Murph is a CrossFit Hero workout that stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who died heroically in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.

Murph was introduced as a CrossFit Hero workout on Aug. 18, 2005, and has become a long-standing tradition observed by CrossFit and a broader global community of athletes. Thousands of CrossFit gyms program Murph each year on Memorial Day as a way to honor Lt. Murphy and all others who have served and given their lives for this country. 🇺🇸

▪️A large group will kick off around 9 AM.
▪️At that time we'll start a running clock. Feel free to get started anytime before 11 AM.
▪️We'll have several versions programmed, all skill levels welcome.

⭐️Semifinals Update⭐️
We had two more Masters Athletes compete in the Semifinals, this time right here in our own gym!

Kudos and congratulations to Katie Healey () and Peanut Butter (Paul) Bellucci for putting in some amazing work this Games season.

Katie PR'd her deadlift not once, not twice, but three times!! And same with her squat sn**ch. 💪🏋‍♀️

And Paul set a new PR on both his Strict Handstand Push Ups and his Handstand Walk. 🤸‍♂️👾

A big thanks to the judging and filming crews: .marcavage, , , , .marcavage, Carlo, and the rest of the wonderful team.
