Meet us at 10:00 am to get ready for the ride with samples from Skratch Labs: Fuel + Hydration and Spring Energy energy
At 11Spring Energy roll out to Lake Merritt for a 15 mile round trip ride. No need to wear full lycra, put on your colorful outfits and add some lights and speakers on your bike!

After the ride, stick around for food, drinks, and community! Local food trucks including Alemena’s, Stewie’s, Yummies World, and Try Dat will be on site with great food!
