From humble beginnings to 11 years strong, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate this milestone. Training in our new space and learning from Professor Egan Inoue surrounded by great vibes, food, music, and friends.

We had a great showing for our very first women’s class and we are so excited to finally add this program to our academy.

This class is designed to introduce women to jiu-jitsu in a safe, supportive environment and help build the confidence to transition into our full schedule of classes.

🌟Adding more classes means more opportunities for you to train, grow, and be part of our jiu-jitsu community. We’re eager to give everyone more chances to hit the mats and level up their game.

🚴‍♂️💨 We’ve added a rower and an assault bike to the academy! They’re available for use after class or during open training and a great add on for extra cardio or warm-ups.

🌱 As our academy grows, so does our community and we can’t wait to see you on the mats.
