Professor Mark Casey and SiGing Elizabeth Casey made a surprise appearance tonight for class. We started class with some well deserved promotions.

SiGung Elizabeth Casey is now 7th degree
Sifu Aaron Miller is now 4th degree
Sifu Zach Fox is now 4th degree
Sifu Thomas Timson is now 3rd degree
Sifu Theresa Wetzel is now 3rd degree
Sibak Alex Wetzel is now 2nd degree and earned the title of Sifu

We were able to add a class time for beginners starting Feb. 3rd.

Class schedule will now be:

Beginners- 5pm-5:45pm
Intermediate/Advanced- 6pm-7pm
Kajukenbo- 7pm-8pm

Hello Paramount students and families!

We are excited to announce we are going to be teaching classes again at Infused Fitness and Dance! Address is 5846 Pacific Ave SE, Lacey. Space is on the rear side of the lot. First class is on January 13th. All beginners, intermediate, advanced, and black belt will be at 6pm, Kajukenbo will be at 7pm. Classes will only be Monday nights for now. All students need full uniform.

We may be able to get more time for classes starting in February, we will post more updates as we get things going again.

IMPORTANT:

You must secure your spot for the first class. Please email or message us back if you’re going to be there starting the 13th. All parents will need to sign a new hold harmless before first class.
