It’s that time. Come join in for Proving Grounds 30th event. As Washington State’s Longest Running Submission Only Tournament we would like to thank you all for your years of support.

Also as a reminder, women and girls sign up early so we can get you into brackets. At all ages, we will do our best to keep the girls in their own brackets separate from the boys.
