How To Putt Without Being Frozen Over The Ball

Get DynAligned here: https://linktr.ee/dynaligngolf

Players can often look like human still life over a putt. Putting is important, especially for professional players, but what takes some people soooo looong to begin their stroke?

Putting is 3 things; green reading, hitting your startline, at the proper speed for the read. The read has already been made before addressing the ball, so that leaves alignment and speed.

How long does it take to align the putter. Typically not long. That leaves speed of the putt. Are players who remain still over a putt for an extended period trying to decide how hard to hit the putt?

When tossing a ball to another person, do you stand motionless and wait for an extended time staring at your target. Not likely. You can determine how much force should go into your toss within a couple of seconds, not dozens of seconds.

Aaron Baddeley has been an elite putter for years, but he only takes a few seconds to make his putting stroke.

Whatever it is that makes players stand motionless over a putt is likely adding pressure to their situation. They may have a checklist to go through before beginning a stroke, but all of their personal checkpoints may be an indication their setup is not as stable as they would like it to be.

Players often need a trigger, such as a forward press (risky for misalignment), or bouncing the putter. Both of these triggers are evidence of an unconnected and vulnerable setup. Players can putt well with triggers until they don't.

Jack Nicklaus is famous for standing over a putt for extended periods, but he was not human still life. He continually looked from the ball to the hole until just before beginning a stroke.

DynAlign is a dynamic preshot alignment technique that can produce a synchronized putting stroke where motion in one segment causes direct response from all segments.

DynAlign has already resulted in professional wins and helped earn two #1 rankings for putting on the PGA Tour, including: 471/471 100% From 3', and 585/595 98% Inside 5'.

Feel v Mechanical Putting

Get DynAligned here: https://linktr.ee/dynaligngolf

If you are a "feel" player, you may choose to ignore the mechanics of your stroke but that doesn't mean mechanics are not involved in your stroke. They are unavoidable.

DynAlign can provide a player with maximum feel in a putting setup and stroke. DynAlign is a dynamic preshot alignment technique for stabilizing and synchronizing the entire kinematic chain in a putting stroke.

Once learned, the DynAlign preshot routine becomes a "feel" allowing the player to remain focused first on their startline, then solely on distance control during a stroke.

With DynAlign you don't have to try to focus on both guiding a putt on your startline and regulating how hard to strike the putt. If you try to think of two things at once, you are likely to forget one. As the saying goes, "A person trying to catch two rabbits is likely to catch none."

Putting Styles - Bryson DeChambeau - Symmetrical - DynAlign

Get DynAligned here: https://linktr.ee/dynaligngolf

A square symmetrical putting setup, such as used by a majority of tour professionals, may sound like a good idea, but it is less stable than it may appear. There is room for a wide range-of-motion in key joints that can cause a putter to become misaligned during a stroke.

Various grip options, such as claw, pencil, or lead-hand-low, can only contribute a limited amount of stability because of a wide range-of-motion remaining in key joints.

Bryson DeChambeau reduces the range-of-motion in his arms and wrists but still has vulnerability for significant stroke variation.

DynAlign dynamic preshot alignment can better coordinate joint motion in a putting stroke and stabilize the entire kinematic sequence for a more predictable and stable stroke.

DynAlign has already earned two #1 rankings in putting on the PGA Tour, including 471/471 100% From 3', and 585/595 98% Inside 5'.

Is The Putting Happy Dance Part Of Your Preshot Routine?

Get DynAligned here: https://linktr.ee/dynaligngolf

It's common to see players rock from side to side as a final step before making a putting stroke. It may help establish a player's overall balance, but it also helps insure system-wide instability in a stroke. Players can certainly putt well using a symmetrical square stance, but a dynamic stance can provide increased stability and repeatability for the entire kinematic chain.

A putter is aimed as the final step, rather than the first step, when using the DynAlign dynamic preshot alignment technique. The stance provides stability from the ground up for motion of the torso, arms, and hands, and key joints that produce segment motion.

DynAlign has already been used to earn two #1 rankings in putting on the PGA Tour, including 471/471 100% From 3', and 585/595 98% Inside 5' for a year on tour.

DynAlign Proves Its Mettle in High-Torque Putting Stability Challenge

Access DynAlign here: linktr.ee/dynaligngolf

In this demonstration, the original Dave Pelz 3 Ball Putter exhibits significant torque vulnerability due to gravitational forces. This necessitates excessive grip pressure—far beyond what is required for face-balanced, toe-hang, or no-torque putters.

Elevated grip pressure can compromise tactile sensitivity, negatively impacting distance control.

While no-torque putters mitigate gravitational torque, they remain susceptible to stroke inconsistencies introduced by the golfer.

DynAlign’s dynamic preshot alignment enhances stroke stability with minimal grip force while optimizing both direction and distance control.

The approach mirrors archery: final aim is achieved only after a bow is drawn, which dynamically stabilizes both archer and bow.

This common saying is typically used as a humorous response to a missed putt, but there is more truth than humor to it.

The video uses an all original vintage Spalding Glider putter with a skinny leather grip to demonstrate the importance of a golfers setup and stroke over the latest designs in weight distribution and visual sightline features.

The DynAlign dynamic preshot alignment technique can stabilize and synchronize a putting stroke for more consistent, repeatable, and predictable results.

DynAlign has helped earn two #1 rankings on the PGA Tour, including: 471/471 100% From 3', and 585/595 98% Inside 5'.

DynAlign can give any player tour level putting stroke skills, regardless of their ball striking abilities.

Solid Putting Foundation And Framework With DynAlign
Get DynAligned here: https://linktr.ee/dynaligngolf

Just like any building needs a strong foundation, a golfer benefits from a solid setup to stay steady—especially when the pressure’s on and your muscles start firing a little faster than usual.

That’s where DynAlign comes in. It’s designed to help you feel more grounded and in control, so you can roll more putts and steer clear of those dreaded three-putts.

What makes DynAlign unique is how it supports key joints—especially during your preshot routine.

One of the big players in consistent face control are the radioulnar joints in your forearms. While grips like claw, pencil, lead-hand-low, or arm-lock have their place, they don’t quite offer the same level of joint stability that DynAlign brings to the table.

There are plenty of ways to approach putting, but if you’re looking for something that’s both stable and thoughtfully designed, DynAlign’s dynamic routine might be worth exploring.

HackMotion Lead Wrist - DynAlign v PGA Tour Benchmark Putting

Get DynAligned here: https://linktr.ee/dynaligngolf

There are various putting techniques. DynAlign is a type of dynamic preshot alignment that aims to improve synchronization in the putting stroke compared to traditional square, symmetrical setups.

A symmetrical setup allows different body segments to move independently, which can lead to less stability in the putting motion. While players can certainly perform well using symmetrical setups, this approach may be less consistent over time.

DynAlign can produce a more consistent and repeatable putting stroke, especially under pressure when our muscles fire faster and with more force than normal.

How To Stabilize Your Putting Stroke Against Lie Angle Torque With DynAlign

https://linktr.ee/dynaligngolf
The effects of vertical torque on a putter may be overcome by grip pressure, but increased grip pressure can reduce a player's feel for distance control. Even with increased grip pressure, it is common for a player's putting path to change during a putting stroke.

A change in path to inside out or outside in can change alignment of the putterface at impact. DynAlign dynamic preshot alignment can solve the issues of change in face angle at impact caused by face angle and path variations during a preshot routine.

The DynAlign preshot routine can produce a more stable arc putting stroke without significant face rotation, while also allowing the lightest grip pressure possible for the best distance control feel.

Some Truth About No-Torque or Zero-Torque Putters

https://axis1golf.com/

Claims about no-torque putters can be misleading.

Axis1 putters are the only no-torque, or zero-torque, putters patented to have the axis of the grip and shaft inline with the center of gravity of the head, which is also in the center of the striking face.

No other putter manufacturer can make that claim. Axis1 putters are the most perfectly balanced putters in this category.

Claims that other putters require manipulation to keep the face square are grossly misleading.

Putters do not move themselves. They must be manipulated by the golfer. A remaining issue is how any putter is manipulated by a golfer. Every golfer can choose how they manipulate their putter.
