EXCITED TO START 2026 ON CHANNEL 22's HIGHER GROUNDS TV SHOW!

Stay tuned for the upcoming replay of my first group interactive mediumship event on Channel 22 in Olympia hosted by Buck Pavoni of Higher Grounds. Similar to my Traditions events, where people ask questions about the after life, explore how to develop their own abilities, and receive communications from loved ones on the other side, this 1-hour recorded program will welcome 6-8 participants.

Although I don't make New Years "resolutions," I realized on January 1, 2026 that every year I make the same choice: To evolve. Through my own evolving conscious awareness, I am shining my own light to contribute to the evolution of the planet toward ease, peace, and joy. While Elevating Your HSP-ness and The Power of Perception both speak to the power—and empowerment—we have relative to our abilities, I’d written Elevating Your HSP-ness to speak directly to people who had affixed themselves with that label. And, while, it did and does attract those individuals who plug in that keyword, right from the beginning I felt that the label of “HSP” serves as a misguided misnomer, one that undervalues and assigns a sense of weakness and victimhood to those who own it.
Renaming “high sensitivity” as “hyperceptivity” removes the stigma of weakness and invites us to understand the true nature of our impactful gift.
As the most insightful, empathic, and compassionate individuals, seeing ourselves differently invites us to not only can remove things like feelings of overwhelm, severe anxiety, etc., but to view ourselves as the ones who are here to, and capable of, uplifting the world.
