Hopes it going well... we have been really busy with life and not on here much. What does that mean? Is time for a trip:
Who: open for any military veteran or first responder with their family.
What: razor clam digging
When: Friday, January 26 meeting at 5pm
Where: near Westport, Washington
Why: Because it's Fishy Friday.
We will supply the clam guns! This is a great experience to get outside and have some fun.
What you need to bring:
All diggers 15 or older must have an applicable fishing license to harvest razor clams on any beach. Licenses can be purchased from WDFW’s licensing website, and from hundreds of license vendors around the state. WDFW recommends buying your license before visiting coastal beach communities.
You will need waders or Muck boots and a change of clothing (nobody likes to be wet).
A net out bag. Each digger’s clams must be kept in a separate container, and all diggers must keep the first 15 clams they dig, regardless of size or condition, to prevent waste.
Headlamp to see as it'll be a little hard to see these things if you don't have one.
If interested in joining Hook'n Trigger Adventures on this trip, please message us or comment below. Exact location will be shared with participants.
Let's do this PNW Style!
