Our local CrossFit communities have suffered the loss of members this year and our friends at CF Training Day just suffered one of their own. Join us, along with our CrossFit community, on Aug 15th as we honor the life of LFD Firefighter Jake Johnson. Many of our members worked alongside him and knew him as a friend and fellow CrossFitter. We do this to honor him and those he left behind. His family, his girlfriend Paige, all his LFD brothers and sisters and anyone who was blessed to be a part of his life. Everyone is welcome ❤️❤️❤️

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share the news that our beautiful friend Marissa has passed away. Marissa was a sparkling light, was a contagious joy to be around and found happiness in everything she did. She was an amazing friend, daughter, sister and most of all, a loving mother who was SO extremely proud of her little girl. Her sister asked that we “make sure all the workouts include back squats and dance breaks ❤️” We love you Marissa and the world just lost a huge light and quite a bit of spark. We will miss you friend 💔
