SMASH It, Don’t Trash It!

When Halloween is over, your pumpkins still have one last job to do! Bring your old jack-o’-lanterns to Pumpkin Smash and help give them a greener ending by keeping them out of landfills and sending them off to be composted instead.

And don’t toss those leftover Halloween candy wrappers either! Bring them along and drop them into our Trick or Trash recycling box. Give those pumpkins a proper send-off and help us make the Halloween season a little greener!

A Long Road Back, One Trail at a Time

On August 11, a tornado left behind significant damage at Irons Oaks, changing a landscape our community knows and loves in just moments. Since then, our dedicated Parks team has worked tirelessly to clear debris, restore the trails and make the grounds safe to enjoy again.

After a little more than a month of hard work, the trails at Irons Oaks are officially back open.

We are incredibly grateful to our Parks team for the care, determination and countless hours they put into bringing Irons Oaks back. We also appreciate our community for your patience and support along the way.
