RCRC White Squirrel Triathlon

RCRC White Squirrel Triathlon Sprint triathlon featuring 200 meter pool swim, 14.6 mile bike ride, and 5k run. The event is open to all - from beginners to the most experienced athletes.

This sprint/beginner triathlon will be held on Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at Musgrove Park and Aquatic Center in Olney, Illinois. The event will consist of 200 meter outdoor pool swim, 14.6 mile bike (HELMETS REQUIRED), and 5K/3.1 mile run/walk. Youth who will be 10 or 11 by race day may swim, run, or both, on a team. Youth who will be 12 by race day may do any, or all, of the disciplines as an age grouper or as a member of a team

Registration is live for the 2023 White Squirrel Kids Triathlon! The event will take place on Friday, August 4th. We will be limiting registration to the first 120 participants. Thanks to the Carrie Winter Trust, registration will be free to Richland County participants.

The White Squirrel Triathlon is on Saturday August 5, 2023. It includes the following events: White Squirrel Triathlon Age Group, White Squirrel Triathlon zeus/Xena, White Squirrel Triathlon Team Category, and White Squirrel Triathlon Business / Organization Team Category.
