I am also a Grief Recovery Method® Specialist, and a Facilitator of Men's Groups After a 30+ year career as a business executive, I created a practice that was in line with my passion for helping and developing people. your life to be in line with your values and life's purpose. With my background in corporate America, I can also work closely with business professionals who need help navigating through a difficult situation at work, making change, gaining traction, dealing with difficult employees or difficult members of the c-suite. We do, however, discuss feelings, emotions and how those things impact you today so that we can work towards moving forward. If you have never read one of my posts, you have no idea what you've been missing!

My posts are always inspirational, thought-provoking, in sync with my work, elevating, real, awe-inspiring, and fun.

NOT!

Sometimes, it’s none of the above.

Sometimes my post is just a moment — unpolished, unresolved, not particularly profound. A passing thought that didn't fully land. A question I haven't answered yet. A thing I noticed and couldn't let go of.

I don't think that's a failure of the content. That is the content.

The leaders I most respect aren't the ones who show up perfectly curated every time. They're the ones who show up honestly — and trust their people to meet them there.
