Ripple Coaching & Consulting, LLC I am a Leadership, Life, & Grief Coach as well as an Executive Sales Consultant. I am NOT a therapist, and coaching sessions are NOT therapy.

I am also a Grief Recovery Method® Specialist, and a Facilitator of Men's Groups After a 30+ year career as a business executive, I created a practice that was in line with my passion for helping and developing people. your life to be in line with your values and life's purpose. If you have never read one of my posts, you have no idea what you've been missing!

My posts are always inspirational, thought-provoking, in sync with my work, elevating, real, awe-inspiring, and fun.

NOT!

Sometimes, it’s none of the above.

Sometimes my post is just a moment — unpolished, unresolved, not particularly profound. A passing thought that didn't fully land. A question I haven't answered yet. A thing I noticed and couldn't let go of.

I don't think that's a failure of the content. That is the content.

The leaders I most respect aren't the ones who show up perfectly curated every time. They're the ones who show up honestly — and trust their people to meet them there.

What would change in your leadership if you stopped waiting until you had something "worth saying" — and just said the thing?

Help support a very worthwhile cause, have fun, & take a chance at winning some $$$!

One of the men's group that I facilitate is doing a Super Bowl Fundraiser this year for K9s for Warriors - www.k9sforwarriors.org

K9's for Warriors is a nonprofit that focuses on ending veteran su***de by pairing trained service dogs with military veterans that suffer from PTSD, TBI, and/or sexual trauma.

Purchasing Super Bowl Boxes is a simple, fun, and easy way to give back while enjoying the game and having a chance to win some extra cash!

How it works:

Each box is $20

Buy as many as you'd like

For those that don't know, the blank boxes across the top and down the side will be randomly assigned numbers 0-9.

Payouts earned at the end of each quarter and final score:

(4 chances to win):
$125 at the end of Q1, $250 at half, $125 at the end of Q3, and $500 at the end of the game.

50% goes straight to K9s for Warriors

50% paid out to winners

Our group has a diverse bunch of men who meet regularly to challenge each other to grow as better men, partners, fathers, and friends. One of the aspects of our work is to be of service to others, and this is a fun way of bringing that into our lives.

I had an inspiring conversation about MLK with my 8 year old grandson this past weekend.

Listening to and answering his questions, as he tried to understand the complexity of why there would need to be something like the civil rights movement, was a great reminder.

The reminder that we are born with love, acceptance, and inclusion and that unfortunately, some are jaded by prejudice and hatred.

He simply doesn't see the differences as better than or less than - just different. Sadly, some kids his age have already experienced or been taught how the ugliness sometimes reveals itself.

As usual, there is much to be learned by the innocence of a child's perspective.

Imagine what the world might look like if MLK hadn't taken the step... In his case, he helped to change the world!
