Warriors,
With the movement to Phase III on Governor Walz’s we are now allowed to have 18 people in the weight room at a time. Supervisors, we have disinfectant spray in the weight room and equipment needs to be sprayed down and left to sit for 3-5 minutes after each session (not after each use). Do your best to keep social distance when working out and try to work with your same spotter/group each day. If you do not feel well - STAY HOME!!! We want you to be able to continue to do your strength and speed training throughout the summer, and that will require us to be safe and do everything we can to minimize risk. There will be some signs posted in the weight room next week that will have some new rules on them - follow them. The safer we are, the more likely we can continue to move forward to hopefully having normal school and activities in the fall!
As of Monday, 6/15, these groups will lift on these dates and times:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30-6:30 AM and Speed training available from 6:35-7AM:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:40-7:40 AM and Speed training available from 6-6:25 AM (Before you lift):

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00-9:00 AM (If you want to do speed training - arrive for the 6:35 time):

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00-6:00 PM (College Students use this time if there is space):

Speed training will be supervised by Mr. Sagedahl and Mr. Gross
We will have the weight room open for these times Wednesday 6/10 and Friday 6/12 for your to come in and max out on your bench press, squat, dead lift, 40-yard dash, 20 yard pro-agility drill, and vertical leap. In order to start the new program you need to have these numbers in place to begin with, so try to come in Wednesday and Friday to get those done.
