On behalf of the Farrar Motorsports Team I would like to wish everyone Happy Memorial Day! Today while you’re grilling out and enjoying your day off, take a moment to reflect on the reason of this Holiday and the reason you have a long weekend to spend with your family and friends. Today is to HONOR the brave Men and Women who paid the ultimate sacrifice by giving their lives to defend our Freedoms, our Rights as a Nation. They are the reason you are able to have an extra day off from work, the reason you have the right to say what you feel even the right to disrespect our Nation, which unfortunately has become the norm. Everything you are able to do in this Wonderful Country is because of them, laying down their lives to defend that right. So after you burn those hamburgers and the hot dogs, take a moment, a moment of SILENCE and say THANK YOU to our Country’s fallen hero’s! HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!

We’ll we had the car to beat yesterday London Dragway. Dad had the car dialed in running a 4.702 every pass (literally every pass). The driver was tuned in on the tree with .007, .002 and even a .000 reaction times all day long. Third round had to run Chris Wheatcraft, I mowed the tree down with a .007 light and as soon as the car shifted into high gear she nosed over and quit pulling letting Chris drive right around me like I was sitting still. Off to the trailer we go to become spectators. Congratulations to Dustin Martin on his win and Tyler Allen for his runner up. See everyone at the Verge Quick Outlaw Series (4.70, 4.50, & Jrs) race at Brainerd Motorsports Park August 24-25…

As you spend your 3 day weekend this MEMORIAL DAY with friends and family cooking out, relaxing and enjoying FREEDOM. Take a moment to remember the reason you are able to do all of that. This holiday is meant to HONOR the men and women of the United States Armed Forces who fought and died protecting your FREEDOMS. So enjoy your weekend but don’t let their sacrifice be in vain because it is now our turn to protect our FREEDOM before it is taken away bit by bit!

We’re South bound and down baby. Heading to Huntsville Dragway for the Verge Motorsports Quick Outlaw Series Race 2 this weekend. Planning on parking the ole girl in the Winner’s Circle for some sexy pictures tomorrow night. Keep my little boy Brayden in your thoughts and prayers he will be missing this race due to the flu. Even though he’s feeling rough he was upset he couldn’t go to the races.

Went to Knoxville Dragway today for some testing. We made three passes, 1st pass it rattled the tires so I lifted, 2nd pass it went a 4.66, backed it down a little and went a 4.73…. Exactly what we were looking for, now we have her dialed in for a string of 4.70s….. New tires are scuffed in and ready for race day. Jason Surber took his car and made 3 good straight passes and got some valuable seat time in his car. Thanks to Wes Clapp and the Knoxville Dragway crew for having the track on point. I’m super excited to see what they have in store for the track this year. Thanks AJ Thomas for the video. Next weekend we are headed to Capitol City Motorsports Park in Montgomery, Alabama for the 1st Verge Motorsports Quick Outlaws (4.70 Door Cars & 4.50 Dragsters) points race of 2022.
