Well it’s been an up and down season for the first year in late model but all the hard work and stressful times has paid off. Had a year goal set to win rookie If the year in limited late model. Points are over at Wartburg Speedway and we won rookie of the year and third in the championship points in limited late models. Can’t thank everybody enough that has helped and been involved in this. It was definitely a team effort couldn’t have done it by myself. Had a rough one last night at Wartburg speedway. Felt like we had a good car but driver error ended the night early and possibly the season. Gonna try to get her fixed and hopefully be back before the end of the season.

Finally after three weeks off we got to race at Wartburg speedway last night. Car was tight in hot laps and qualifying but felt good in the feature. A little driver error cause me to spin in turn one and a couple laps later the right front went flat ending our night. Finished 10th. On a good note we are getting things figured out and getting better. Turned a 12.2 in qualifying which is the fastest I’ve been in the late model so far. Gonna do a preorder on some t shirts. Will be $20 for adults and $15 for youth. The order will be made the week after the 4th of July so it gives some time for everyone to let me know if they would want one. Please comment your sizes and I will write them down. Sorry for not posting much lately. Been busy trying to figure the late model out and fixing a few mechanical issues that’s popped up. Been doing good I guess for a rookie lol. Learning more every time the car is on the track. Setting 3rd in points as of now at Wartburg speedway so I guess all ain’t bad. Just gotta stay consistent.
