**ANNOUNCEMENT**

If you think these kids are scary, wait til you hear what we have in store for you!

Starting today (2/6) we are moving to a new schedule.

Our BRAND NEW Kid’s Wrestling Program will be starting at 6:00pm.
Kid’s Jiu-Jitsu will be directly after at 6:30.
And ALL EVENING ADULT CLASSES will now be at 7:00pm.

No more rushing to get to the gym or rushing home. Plenty of time to train and get your work in!

More info on the wrestling program coming soon but until then DM us with questions and keep grappling!
