Our girls practices will be at the HS building. As you enter the parking lot you will drive on the right side of the building. A lot will open up to your left between the HS building and the Stadium. Park there. We will have someone at the door to let everyone in.

- Limited Folkstyle ($20) if you are just practicing, NO tournaments.
- Full Athlete ($55) if you plan on attending PA Freestyle Tournaments.

We have decided to reopen training for Girls from 6th-12th grades. Tue/Thurs 6:30-7:30 @ Hamburg JH. USA Card Required. No registration Fee. March 18 to May 29. Freestyle focus this Spring.

IMPORTANT FALL UPDATE:

#1. USA Wrestling Cards. We used to take care of these for the kids. We are now requiring the parents to purchase the memberships. This is supplemental injury insurance. This is required to wrestle for our club. Insurance period upcoming is 9/1/22 to 8/31/23 no matter when you purchase it. Cost is $15 for the entire year. Forms and assistance will be provided at our practices.

#2. Training Changes. Our athletes have seen the most growth in our small group and private lesson sessions. Starting this Fall, we will ONLY offer those type of practices. All sessions are also moving to our Exeter location behind the Spine and Wellness Center in Exeter. 3933 Perkiomen Ave, Reading, PA 19606. FULL DETAILS BELOW

SMALL GROUP (max 10 kids): We will still have our 2 day per week training on Tues/Thur from 6:30-8pm. We will cut off registration if this group reaches 10 athletes.

PRIVATE LESSONS: We will start Private Lessons 9/12/22 and continue them throughout the 2022-23 wrestling season. Available time slots will be 6-7pm and 7-8pm. K-6 athletes will require a partner. K-6 cost will be $10/athlete/hour. We can try to locate a partner if you do not have one. Your athlete will have a dedicated coach for the Fall session. 7-12th grade can be solo with a coach if the athlete is big enough. Cost will be $15/athlete/hour. We will start with Mondays and Wednesdays but may add other days upon request. You can schedule as many lessons as you want. All requests need to be emailed to [email protected].
