Weekend Workout!
3 - Rounds of Total Body Training ; Follow with 2 rounds of Body Blast!!
(8) Mat Walk Outs w/ 10 second SLOW swimmers!
(10) - Reverse Lunges with a Bicep Curl
* Reminder - activate the glutes; (10) PER leg
* Take out the bicep curl IF needed!
(14) Push-Ups
(16) Sumo Squat to Around the Worlds
*Reminder time under tension as you’re lowering the weight back to center
(20)- Dumbbell Goblet Squats (choose a weight that challenges you on the last two reps) OR Air squats with a 3-second pause at the bottom

15 Pikes (slow and steady on way back to high plank)
25 Mountain Climbers
20 Leg Circles ( 10 per leg)
15 Lateral Squats (per leg)
10 Burpees
