Victory Gymnastics is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to lead groups of students in a fun and safe environment. Our program is designed to teach children aged 2-12+ the fundamentals of gymnastics, including balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, endurance, and control across multiple apparatus. Instructors can grow in their position and become a coach as they become more skilled and proficient in their gymnastics and instructional skills.
To be considered for this position, you must possess strong relationship-building skills, a love for working with children, and previous gymnastics experience. You should also have the ability to implement curriculum and lead groups of children, be highly dependable, and have flexible availability. Additionally, you should be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs and adjust from sitting to standing with ease. Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check is required, and CPR certification is mandatory (may be obtained after employment).
This is a part-time contract position with an expected work schedule of 6-23 hours per week. The schedule includes 4-hour shifts, after school, day shift, evening shift, Monday to Friday, and weekends as needed. The salary ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour.
