Walls segments are being placed and going vertical. Project is on schedule and should be completed in February .

Latest update on the track. The contractor has started removing the gates and other items that will be used in the track rebuild.

Tuesday January 5th Oldsmar City Council will vote to fund the rebuild of the track . Please take a moment and email Oldsmar City Council and let them know you support the vote to get this track back open.

The City of Oldsmar received the bid to rebuild the tracks failing walls . In the December 1st Council meeting they were given proposal. In discussions amongst the council members they seemed on board to finance the project. They will be voting on the funding at the January 5th Coucil meeting . Please take a moment and email the Council members asking them to vote to fund the rebuild.
Let them know how much this track has been missed . Please let them know where your from so they understand how far our BMX community is willing to come from to ride Oldsmar BMX again.

Welcome to the Oldsmar BMX Wall Replacement page . This wall has been set up to show the City of Oldsmar and the City Council how much the BMX community would like to see this track open again.

The City of Oldsmar has sent out an RFP ( Request for Proposal ) for design build contract to replace the failing wall system. This page will include updates on the proposal, City Council meeting dates to discuss the proposal, the date the City Council will vote on the proposal, and the contact info for the City Council in order to pledge support for the funding of this project.

Please keep all post and emails to the Council member positive . All negative post will be blocked and you will be deleted.
