One of our favorite moments from class happened in just a few seconds 🤍
You could see her feel the challenge. The legs were tired, the feet were working, and the exercise was starting to burn.
Then she took a breath, refocused, and powered through.
Pre-pointe training is about so much more than preparing the feet and ankles for pointe work. It’s about developing strength, discipline, resilience, and the ability to work through something when it becomes difficult.
Those quiet moments of determination often tell us far more about a dancer than the exercise itself.
So proud of all of these dancers and the work they’re putting in during only their second pre-pointe class ✨
