Camp #89 Combination Turkey and Hog Hunt in Northern California this past weekend was something special. Organized by camp dad Jon Le Conte Honore, this experience took our athletes into some incredible country where they got to truly live it, not just learn it. Between the group, we harvested six hogs and two beautiful Rio Grande turkeys.

Huge shoutout to Mike, Chris, and Rodney for being outstanding guides and for helping me call in my first turkey for one of our campers. That is a moment I will never forget.

A big thank you to Faber Johnson for generously donating the taxidermy work, and to Gatos Meats for processing the game.

Our coaches, Samuel Monarch and Dakota Rogers, once again poured their hearts into this camp, going above and beyond to make sure every kid had an unforgettable experience.
This camp does not happen without our donors. Your support is what makes opportunities like this possible.
And we cannot forget Ms. Brooke for keeping us fueled throughout the hunts. Those hikes made sure every calorie was earned.

A special thank you to our families for trusting us with your kids and allowing them to be part of experiences like this.
