I keep it real but always with love! I’ve been on a mission to reclaim my body after having 2 kids and I want to help other women feel amazing in their own skin too!

I've lost 60 lbs using exercise as my therapy! It is my mission to help other

women reclaim their mind and body to change their lives for the better!

I focus on balanced nutrition, fun workouts, and surrounding myself with positive vibes every day

ALL IN.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to give my all to a program and I’m so excited to go all in again and get the results I know are coming!
The past 2 years have been such a whirlwind and it’s taken a year to get back to full capacity after surgery.

This program is a sequel to my fav program with my favorite trainer so I know it’s going to be SO GOOD!

Apple Pie Oatmeal 🍎🥧
I have been OBSESSED with this breakfast lately!
It’s filling, has the fall flavors and best of all, it’s nutritious 🙌🏼

Here’s how I’m doing it⬇️
-bring 1 cup water to a boil
-add in 1 chopped apple and 1/2 cups organic old fashioned oats.
-turn down the heat to a simmer
-add cinnamon (measure with your heart)
-summer until it’s at a consistency you like
-serve with a drizzle of maple syrup

I’m a firm believer in having a solid morning routine. When you start your day with the things that bring you joy, it sets the tone for the rest of the day. (And it makes me a more patient mother😉)

My morning routine consists of a nutritionally dense breakfast, quiet time with my Bible, and a sweaty workout.

At the beginning of the year, I set out to follow a Bible in a year plan which I’m still on track with!🙌🏼

But with so many changes over the last year, I’ve struggled to find joy in my workouts. I’ve been consistent, but just not excited. Until last week when my bike arrived.
I used to say I hate cycling. And now I know it was because I hadn’t combined it with a good trainer and good music😍

I’m finding myself excited to get up and workout again.
So I’m here to remind you that sometimes, you just need to change things up. And that can be with anything! We hit plateaus sometimes and that’s totally normal. What’s important is that we don’t give up. If you’re feeling stuck, try something new!✌🏼

Happy October 1st!🎃
Started the month strong with a workout and good food💪🏼
I’m so thankful for the tools I have to maintain my health from literally anywhere. My workouts travel with me whether I have access to equipment or not. And our nutrition programs have taught me to eat in a way that fuels my body, while still indulging occasionally.
When I started this work 5 years ago, I never imagined how much freedom it would provide.
I had a vision, but it didn’t include homeschooling and seasonal camping.
Sometimes God sets you up for something bigger than you can imagine before you even know what will happen.
That’s how I’ve felt this entire last year and a half.

THANKFUL.
Thankful for being led to something that helped me get healthy and stay healthy.
Thankful for all the connections with beautiful people it’s led me to.
Thankful for an opportunity to work from anywhere while I homeschool my kids and travel on our own schedule🙌🏼

Your Best Morning in 5 Steps:

1. Wake up 30 minutes earlier than you need to.

2. Use that 30 minutes to drink your coffee and fill your soul.

3. Eat a nutrient rich breakfast.

4.Get your workout done.

5. Smile and soak in that feeling of accomplishment😊

Maybe it isn’t getting started that has you stumped, but it’s to keep going? Been there!
The days when it just feels so much easier to skip are more common than you think and I promise you aren’t alone!

Here are 3 ways that help me when I find myself trying to skip⬇️

1. Get your workout clothes on and just GO! Once you get started you’ll likely get into it and finish the workout.

2. Why did you start? Figuring out or reminding yourself what you are working towards is always the perfect little gut check. I know for me, remembering the low energy and tired momma was something I couldn’t stand giving my kids and husband.

3. Change it up! You are not chained to one style of a workout! If you aren’t feeling the vibe that is on your calendar, or in your plan, then switch it up! There is no wrong way to move!

Save these tips to come back to, on the days you just don’t feel like doing it! 💕

I’m obsessed with results...mostly yours. 🤩
But even more than that, I love seeing you get them HAPPILY!😍
I know weight loss can be frustrating.  You’ve tried and failed.  You’re confused by all the conflicting information out there.  And you want results like yesterday.  Maybe you even promised yourself you would fast or cleanse or just “eat perfectly” for a day, a week, or a month. 
But all of that restriction frustrated you, made you crash, and left you craving something to make you feel better…
HELLO, cheesy pizza & pint of ice cream! 🍕🍨
I know because I’ve been there. 🙋🏼‍♀️
And now that I’ve learned to do it a little differently, I want to share that with you.  Because I didn’t believe food freedom existed...until I found it!
➡️ I don’t believe you should be shamed for your love of food, for taking a day off of working out, or for not meal prepping.
➡️ I don’t believe you need to count calories, calculate grams, or cut out food groups. 
➡️ And I DEFINITELY don’t believe you should swear off any of your favorite treats - whether it be a glass of wine, a slice of pizza, or an ice cream cone. 
➕ I DO believe you have to become more aware of your food choices, what you’re putting in your body and WHY you’re putting it in.  Because it’s not just about knowing what you need to do. If it were that simple, we’d all be doing it.  But there’s LIFE!  Busy schedules, surprise stressors, emotions... 
What you need is a SIMPLE, SUSTAINABLE way to eat that’s not just for a week or a month, but for a lifetime. 
I know you’re thinking it’s not possible, but don’t assume based on the unsustainable things you’ve tried in the past.

Guys! It’s my 5 year coachaversary and I have to share how it’s changed my life😍

I joined a virtual workout club on a whim. Honestly? I was kinda sure I’d quit because I didn’t have a good track record of sticking with any diet or exercise routine.
But it’s been 5 years and this community has pushed me in the BEST ways to grow towards my goals and stay committed!

Not only did I shed 65 lbs in year 1, I kept most of it off🙌🏼 (up and down with the seasons is NORMAL!)
But I’ve also gained so much confidence and met some of my best friends. AND I was able to get healthy enough to participate in liver donation. Those labs don’t lie!

This has been such a blessing not only in my life, but also in those around me as I’ve been able to influence those closest to me to lead healthier lifestyles.

✨I can’t wait to see where the next 5 leads.✨
