Monstah beach Friday June 28th
Last week was lots of fun!!
Parents drop off your wrestler at 8am/8:30am on the beach in front of Surf6 pick up is between 1:30 and 2pm.
Your wrestler will need to wear swim shorts and bring a beach towel.
This is for kids 2nd grade to 8th grade
Lots of fun get the kids off the couch..
We supply all snacks lunch waters, Gatorade and fruit.
Post your wrestlers name and grade in this post so we can prepare a lunch for them.
Cost is $25

Monstah beach is back starting next Friday June 21st
Parents drop off your wrestler at 8am on the beach in front of Surf6 pick up is 2pm.

We do some pretty tough conditioning, wrestling technique, some live wrestling and play a few games it’s definitely not easy.
WE DO NOT LET ANYONE QUIT WE PUSH THEM THROUGH IT!!
We supply all snacks lunch waters, Gatorade and fruit.

Lots of people been asking when Monstah beach is getting started well really should have started a few weeks ago but our weather on Fridays has been rainy crappy weather and looks like the same for this Friday unfortunately..
Next week I am going to be at Summer nationals in Atlantic City so the next possible day will be Friday July 28th..

First wrestling practice of the year tonight..

Football 🏈 season is over and it’s time to fill the mats with wrestlers. Finish the week strong 💪

Wrestling practice today:
1st-3rd grade 4:30-5:15
4th grade and up 5:15 - 6:15.

Thursday boxing: 4:30-5:15
Friday wrestling: 5:15-6:15

No major commitment,,,it doesn’t cost you anything to try it out..

This is our pick up location so if your a parent picking up your tuber we will probably be hanging out at the pick up spot for a little bit as we will bring a grill to cook some burgers and dogs for lunch there is a small ledge the kids can climb up and jump off of.

***So many kids have football jamboree on the 27 and 28 so gonna move the s**o river tubing to the 20th if it rains then we will do it the 21st hope that works.***

Hey guys I wanna get everybody together to do a day tubing down the s**o river like august 20th for all our wrestlers and any parents that wanna join.
I have never done it but have always wanted to and I think it will be a fun way to finish off our summer.
Who’s interested???

Drop off is in front of surf 6 in OOB @ 8:30am pick up is 2:30pm same spot.
$25 cash at drop off please no Venmo..
This is a boot camp that includes some running some wrestling, push ups, bear crawls and a bunch of other workouts designed to break your child’s will so it’s not easy but they end up loving it..

I cover them in sunblock 4 or 5 times a day.
I supply granola bars, watermelon , oranges waters, gator-aid, chips and sandwiches for lunch.
I bring all the kids to DairyQueen at the end of the day.
Please post your child’s name in this thread below as I need to know how much fruit to cut and drinks to buy…

Rain cancels our day so if it’s raining in the morning or looks like it’s gonna be a rainy day please check this page.
