We believe, based on multiple conversations James had with Wanke, since June, about repairing his really damaged props, Wanke dropping them off for repair and then finding a set somewhere else- -that wouldn't work! -- him bringing the old props in again and still NOT asking the price for repair---that Wanke NEVER intended to pay for the repair work. The proof was when he picked the repaired prop up, acted as nice as could be, looked James in the face, said thank you and THEN disputed the charge--he told VISA the price was incorrect, it should have been $100. Then why did he sign the credit card receipt for $707.89 in front of us? Come on--a $100 repair on 20" diameter prop for a 40' Sea Ray---RIGHT! Truly is theft of service.
