* Nina Buitrago - Nina has been riding bmx for over 20 years. She’s an advocate for women’s bmx, competed at Xgames bmx park in 2024, and won the 2019 NORA cup for women.
* Brian Gregor - Brian has been riding and filming BMX for 19 years. He is a resident of Old Fort, NC and a sponsored rider for Eastern Bikes.
* Cash McKissick - Casey works as a trail and jump designer and builder at his family owned and operated bike park. He is a proficient machine operator and loves riding bikes of all sizes.

Jump Jam goes from 11am-5pm, but stick around and dance the day away, Mountain Laurel Jam Fest featuring live music from Dangermuffin, Yarn, and Russ Clark & Ward Buckheister from Sol Driven Train, and supporting Mountain Laurel Montessori Collective’s middle school program goes from 4-10pm right here at Watershed.

They may be sides, but they aren't sidekicks.

BBQ is a meal and the right sides are just as important as the meat. At Watershed we keep it classic, almost. Collard Greens with bacon from our butcher shop, Red Slaw, Cornbread with Sorghum Butter, Watermelon with Hillbilly Tajin, Smoked Cheddar Mac, and a fresh, summery Pasta Salad. Everything you'd hope for, with a little more thought and a little more flavor behind it.

Trails & Trains Festival is about to pull into the station and Watershed is ready with two events this week you won't want to miss 👇

🧘 Sunrise Yoga Hike with Jordan Laney
Thursday, June 4th | 7:30am | Free

Start your morning the right way. Meet at the Watershed porch, walk the trail together, and share a 30 to 45 minute grounding practice as the sun rises. Less than half a mile hike each way, all ages and experience levels welcome. Mats and blankets provided, bring your own if you'd like. Free to attend, donations welcome.

We're proud to partner with Trails & Trains Fest and Destination McDowell to bring this limited screening to Watershed. Best Day Ever is a documentary about resilience, connection, and finding joy in unexpected places.
